Year 2018 becomes the 10th year of Sousenkyo event held. Different as in previous years, this year will be announced TOP 100 which will be divided into 6 units.
In addition, to commemorate the 10th year of the event, AKB48's overseas sister group JKT48 [Jakarta, Indonesia], BNK48 [Bangkok, Thailand] and TPE48 [Taipe, Taiwan] can also run in the Sousenkyo event this time.
