Idol group NMB48 will open the 6th Generation member audition. This was announced at the handshake event held today, April 29, 2018 at Pacifico Yokohama.
NMB48 last held an audition in 2016 for Generation 5. In addition to general requirements such as girls aged 11 ~ 22 years, member Generation 1 Yamamoto Sayaka revealed the character of the member she wanted. Yamamoto said, "I want NMB48 to exist for a long time, I want girls who have a passionate feeling for their dreams and together look at the future for the next 5 to 10 years."
