'Ambivalent' became the 7th Keyakizaka46 consecutive single that topped the Oricon weekly singles chart since their debut single 'Silent Majority [サ イ レ ン ト マ ジ ョ テ ー ー]' released last April 2016.
Keyakizaka46 took second place as a female artist who won the Oricon weekly singles top chart in succession since the debut single. The first position is still occupied by HKT48 who won the Oricon weekly singles top chart consecutively 11 times since the release of their debut single 'Suki! Suki! Skip [ス キ! ス キ! ス キ ッ プ!] 'Released last March 2013.
'Ambivalent' first week sales decreased by 21,662 copies from the 6th single 'Glass wo Ware! [ガ ラ ス を 割 れ!] 'Which sold 833,346 copies in the first week.
For the Japanese Billboard version, the single 'Ambivalent' sold 837,390 copies for the first week and decreased by 56,242 copies from the single 'Glass wo Ware!' which sold 893,632 copies in the first week.
